You can request permanent deletion of your AI Health Companion account and all associated data at any time - your notes, mood entries, reflections, profile details, and any connected health data.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to ziadhassan80@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line: "Account deletion request".
- We'll confirm your identity and delete your account and data, typically within a few days.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email/name, or Google account link)
- All notes and mood entries you've logged
- All generated reflections
- Any optional profile details (birth year, gender) and period tracking logs, if provided
- Any health data synced from Health Connect, if you had connected it
All of your data is permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified
request, and nothing is retained afterward. Deletion cannot be undone
once processed.
